I'm Kalina, a product designer based in San Francisco.

Most recently, I've been at Pro Football Focus, designing for the most data-obsessed football fans out there — from reimagining navigation and onboarding to tackling complex live experiences like manual drafting.

I've spent my career leading end-to-end design at small companies across a variety of industries. I do my best work in the ambiguous, messy middle — where the problem isn't fully defined yet and there's real opportunity to shape both the product and the strategy. My process is grounded in user research, close collaboration, and data, so decisions feel considered rather than guessed at.

Away from the screen, you can find me on the tennis court, on the golf course, or wandering around a new neighborhood in SF.
